Enhanced and Customizable Highlighting for Scheduler
Currently, the visual emphasis when an object is selected in the Scheduler is quite subtle. This could potentially cause users to struggle in identifying their selected object, especially in a dense schedule.
We suggest enhancing the object highlighting functionality in the Scheduler. This could involve introducing a more pronounced visual cue, like a more prominent shadow or highlight. It would be beneficial to make the intensity of this visual cue customizable. Additionally, users should be allowed to choose the color of the highlight, providing another layer of customization and personalization.

Allow Barcode scanner feature on/off for input fields
Some customers don't want the option to use barcode scanning (camera) on some input fields and want it on others (to prevent data errors)

Allow to run Components with user steps in the portal
Since there is no function in the portal today to determine whether user steps are present in components, all components start silently. And at runtime, if the component has a user step, an error saying: "Invalid usage of user step within component" is displayed.
Such a function would allow components with and without user steps, increasing the usability

OFFLINE ALERTS
For OFFLINE Mode, give the user an alert when the capacity defined on devices are closed to be reached to request a synchronisation. Provide on Admin Portal the remainign capacity on devices connected to OFFLINE to manage synchronisation.

Navigation in a page tree
When using empty pages as navigation parents in the portal, users report confusion when clicking them, since they only see a blank page.
Options to perhaps set a default child page if the parent is empty, or Git Book style, clearly show the child pages on that empty parent page

Add Auto-Focus to Connect iOS/Android applications
In Classic, there is the ability to automatically focus input on the first element if it is an input field. This needs to be ported to the Connect applications as well. Use case: in a scan heavy environment (Cycle Counting, Picking, Shop Orders, etc) the extra time it takes to touch the screen every single time adds up and leads to end user frustration and carpel tunnel.

Print Connector
Generating Reports and labels in Flow seems to be an ever increasing use case.
We have some tools (e.g. HtmlToPdf, the consulting developed Document Management or external services like Convert API) to generate reports and labels, but we are missing a way to get them printed if needed.
For this use case it would be very useful to have a Print Connector, where it would be possible to send a printable file to a printer.

kanban - LOV value for the Group by
Today, the group by in the Kanban is just a simple value. So to make it look good in the Kanban, I would use, for example, the first name.
But when building interaction flows for drag-and-drop, I need to insert the ID of the resource I group by.
Giving the option to use a List of Values for the Group by field would enable both displaying a friendly name, but also using the ID for interactions

Option to default style of the GRID control (table/card)
Hi,
This Requests comes from the customer HomeServe.
- Ability to default the Grid in Mobile clients to Card view.
The Grid is very useful in the web client, it's harder to make it look good in the Mobile Clients where more than 2-3 columns often get cramped by the smaller screen size of the devices and the user needs to scroll sideways. And sometimes the Card layout of the Grid is just a better option to display data.

Time limit increase in scheduled Automations
I've notised while I was running a scheduled automation, it always stops after 10 minutes of running.
This specific app would run for hours (and I would use other scheduled automations for those workflows that take long time to run (e.g.: refresh basic data in a DB)), and since it takes more than a few minutes, I would run it outside of working hours - usually nights -, similarly to IFS background jobs, but it stops after 10 minutes.Is it possible to increase this 10 minutes limit or add an option (per organisation) to be able to change it…

Telemetry on Concurrent Sessions
As a developer or admin of an organization, I would like to see how many concurrent sessions are being utilized in a given period on each agent to determine if I need to add more agents to an agent group for better performance.

Better Agent Traffic Management
As a customer, I would like to be able to push a certain amount of traffic to an agent within an agent group. As an example, I can have 2 agents in an agent group for prod. When updating Agent 1, before updating Agent 2, I would like to push 75% of the traffic to Agent 1. This would allow me to see that the Agent is working adequately before updating Agent 2.

More Agent Traceability
As a customer, it would be nice to see exactly what APIs are called on the Agent logs. Currently, we can only see the APIs outbound and inbound in the Diagnostic mode client. But we would like to be able to see all the APIs including payloads and responses inside the Agent Logs for traceability.

Define user properties, with connector capability to update properties
The user properties in Flow Classic were very useful for storing data related to the user that could help save time when running workflows/queries etc. Making this feature available in Flow Connect as well would be very useful, and ideally the properties should be updateable via a scheduled workflow or similar functions as well.

Format Markdown responses
With the rise of AI being embedded in many client facing applications, the tools being used i.e. ChatGPT, Ollama, etc all return markdown syntax. While this is readable for those who are familiar with the syntax, many users won't understand it. It would be nice to be able to automatically convert Markdown to something more granular (like json) to be used or HTML for sending email responses. Could you implement a Markdown to X function in Connect?
