  1. In the context we hae customers like Elvia and soon DSB where flow is having a usage of 300+ projections. With frequent updates in IFS ( ever green with new releases every 6 month and service updates in addition). The projections needs to be recompiled one by one. This is timeconsuming and have a risk of not handling it correctly.

    I would be great and useful to add an option/button/way to easily re-download the metadata of all enabled projections and re-compile them in OData connector.

    Especially, after an update of IFS, it would be great to do it manually.

  2. Some customers need to run Flow Connect on their premises (on-prem) for different reasons.

    1. Data requirements – Strict data security/privacy/legal requirements where the data is not allowed to leave the premises. For these types of customers, it is essential that everything runs on-prem since they don’t want any connection to the outside networks.
      Some examples:
      • Aerospace & defense
      • Defense manufacturing
      • Healthcare
      • Government and public sector

  4. Currently, the image annotation has no way of determining if an image is edited or not. This means, that each time an image is either edited or not, I need to re-save it to the database. This is a performance issue since at times, I can present 20 images in a File Gallery and have no way of determining which ones I should save and which ones I should not save to the database.

  5. HTML to PDF connector is a frequently used connector for designing and generating PDF reports in Flow Classic. Additionally, it's also possible to merge existing pdfs with this connector.

    The design capabilities of the existing connector are somewhat limited/rigid. Ideally, it should be far easier/flexible to design a report layout in connect. Here are some options we can consider for HTML to PDF connector in Flow Connect.

  6. In Portal 2, there is currently no capability for custom buttons to directly listen to the same filters that a portlet uses. This limitation reduces flexibility and can lead to less intuitive user interactions, as demonstrated by the need for users to manually select an item in a scheduler portlet to trigger related custom button actions.

  7. Currently, when we initiate a list selection we can start it closed or fully extended.
    Ideally, we should be able to just show the categories and extend them. Currently they are always fully extended.

    If we have a large list of over 20 items, the grouping could help with navigating easier. Like this, we need to close them first to see them as an overview. There are pictures attached to illustrate this.

  8. We have Novacura deployed on numerous handheld scanner devices running the Android client. Being able to lock out manual keyboard entry to certain input fields and require the input to come from the scanner would significantly improve the workflow for our users, and reduce the possibility of errors from manual entry as opposed to scanning the barcode directly.

  10. Flow Classic has a way to send push notifications via swimlanes. I have never been a fan of using swimlanes, but you could at least use them to send push notifications.

    In Flow Connect, I'd like to see Novacura implement a "connector" that could perform the same functionality. The connector could: iterate through a list of users, require a Push Notification message, optionally pass in an app GUID that would "forward" the user once they click on push notification to.

    Bonus points if you could use a websocket backend so this could also be implemented in the webclients as well…

  12. In portal2 we have the option to use filter with different type of operator’s, and we would like to be able to use the operator “IN” to allow multiselect in the filter like for example

  17. There is a need for proper Report Print Layout configuration. Must allow dynamic sizing of all cells in a table/layout, logo, formatting, conditions etc. Today's HTML is far to rigid. For some use cases the layout is so poor that we can't even use it internally, not to mention externally.

    Main need is for PDF, e.g. Word would have been nice, but less important

    Ideally there should be an engine on the backside, allowing to be automatically sent on E-mail or printed to predefined print.

  18. The suggested improvements to the current system involve enhancing the user experience and customization options in the graphical user interface (GUI). The proposal includes two main features:

    1. Customizable Button Placement: The users express a strong interest in having the freedom to choose where the buttons (outputs) from user steps appear in the GUI. Currently, the system only allows the selection of priority, but the buttons always appear in the bottom right corner of the user step. The proposal seeks to provide flexibility, allowing users to position the buttons according to their preference, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface.

  19. Requesting the addition of customizable spacing options between KPI cards in Portal 2. Currently, a gray KPI card is being utilized as a workaround for creating space between blue and green KPI cards. However, there is an inability to disable the border of this empty card. We propose the implementation of features that allow users to control spacing between KPI cards and provide the option to toggle borders on or off for improved layout flexibility.
