  1. Some customers need to run Flow Connect on their premises (on-prem) for different reasons.

    1. Data requirements – Strict data security/privacy/legal requirements where the data is not allowed to leave the premises. For these types of customers, it is essential that everything runs on-prem since they don’t want any connection to the outside networks.
      Some examples:
      • Aerospace & defense
      • Defense manufacturing
      • Healthcare
      • Government and public sector

    2. Low-latency requirements - Some customers have low-latency requirements with systems handling a high volume of transactions/executions. Typically, their existing infrastructure/external systems are already on-prem due to the exact reason. For these…

  2. The suggested improvements to the current system involve enhancing the user experience and customization options in the graphical user interface (GUI). The proposal includes two main features:

    1. Customizable Button Placement: The users express a strong interest in having the freedom to choose where the buttons (outputs) from user steps appear in the GUI. Currently, the system only allows the selection of priority, but the buttons always appear in the bottom right corner of the user step. The proposal seeks to provide flexibility, allowing users to position the buttons according to their preference, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface.

  5. As a user, I would like the option for scheduled workflows to adjust for daylight saving changes, as the system currently only supports a static UTC setting. Adding this flexibility would accommodate different timing needs, allowing for both local time adjustments and consistent UTC scheduling.

  6. Currently, the inability to run offline flows in debug mode in Studio complicates development and testing, significantly increasing development time. Resolving this issue soon will streamline the process and improve efficiency

  7. It would be nice if we could log somehow if an enduser run a workflow and during a REST call an error occurs, then later a developer could check these log files. Or if the issue is not reproducable in DEV environment, only in PROD/TEST env. (like a similar functionality in Flow Classic).

    A use-case from partner:
"If the user experience problems occasionally and we can’t recreate it in the debug.
Another example, sometimes when I get long responetimes during testing I cannot see if that is because of M3 or not. Next time I run it it is quick…

  8. Hi,

During designing I often found below thing would have been good to have.

Align list inputs side by side which will help to put meaningful LOVs side by side.

    Please analyse

  9. Problem: Creating workflows manually can be time-consuming and error-prone, especially for complex business processes. Businesses need a faster, more accurate way to generate workflows that align with their domain and data models.
Why It Matters: Manual workflow creation delays application development and increases the risk of misalignment with business objectives, leading to inefficiencies and higher costs.
    Proposed Feature/Idea
Solution: Use AI to automatically generate workflows from user inputs, such as:
A prompt described in plain language (e.g., "Create a workflow to move inventory parts").
Existing business process or data model diagrams (e.g., BPMN, UML).
What It Does: AI analyzes the…

  10. To speed up development on IFS Cloud or any other REST APIs it would be super useful to have a "Test" part of the HTTP step.

In the Test part (a new Tab maybe) you would have the possibility to pass params, se the response and directly turn response from a test call into a response structure in the Response Handling part (similar to "Generate from example")

This would greatly speed up the development of apps on REST APIs and would make development of IFS Cloud App be faster than in Flow Classic!

  11. In portal2 we have the option to use filter with different type of operator’s, and we would like to be able to use the operator “IN” to allow multiselect in the filter like for example

    Work order

    90,91

Select both work order 90 and the 91 and filter accordingly
