Provide information to Hub users on app versions that are deployed to environments other than DEV.
Use case: we use TEST environment to maintain stable apps that are share-worthy with customers. And use DEV to continue our developments, enhancements, testing etc.
Problem: No share option for applications that are deployed to TEST.
Idea: Provide information to Hub users on app versions that are deployed to environments other than DEV, so that users can generate share links to match deployed app versions more efficiently.

Proposed solution is to introduce an option within the Style settings of Portal 2 that allows users to set a distinct color for the header/banner area.
