Improved Agent Logging
Currently we are looking to add active monitoring to our agents. Unfortunately the errors we get aren’t particular useful as we can’t link them to any person or activity.
Is it possible to add a userid in the log and maybe a bit of info regarding where the user is within the app. e.g. the component name or the application name. (If possible if the error occurred during a sync work too)
Without these its very hard to track where and when the error is occuring.

Export App as Image
As a Flow designer, I used to be able to export the Novacura Flow app as an image so that I could use it for documentation purposes when designing an application for a customer. In Flow Connect, I'm unable to export the application diagram or workflow as an image, so taking a screenshot of this for documentation purposes is very difficult as you have to zoom out to the maximum, which often does not cover the full application and makes all of the controls' text unreadable.

HTML & PDF to Image Connect/Function
We have several use cases where you want to display images and documents inline or in a pinned user step.
Examples of this could be invoices (pdf), instructions (pdf), graphs (html), progress illustrations (html), picking/packing illustrations (html).
A very useful addition to the Html to PDF Function to solve these use cases would be to add two more methods:
1. Convert PDF to Image (alternative to have a PDF viewer in a user step)

Consistent Background Blur During Rendering on iOS and Android
Currently, while a page/action is rendering, the background content is blurred differently depending on the platform. As shown in the attached examples, the iOS client applies a noticeably stronger blur effect, while the Android client leaves considerably more of the underlying UI visible.
The requested improvement is to align the Android and iOS implementations so that the same level of background blur is applied during this rendering/loading state. Ideally, the more blurred version (iOS) is the standard.

Secure App for Contractor Users
As a customer, we use Novacura to provide access to data from IFS for contractors. We want to ensure that our data is kept secure from users. As such, within the Novacura Connect app, we would like add screenshot blocking; built in data loss prevention controls (such as sharing restrictions, copy/paste restrictions, saving restricts, etc.), watermarking, and more to secure from inside the app which would help with external users.

Scanner Event Step on Web Client
Currently the Scanner Event Step works on Android and iOS but not on the webclient (app.novacura.com). Some customers use the webclient on the shop floor and therefore, we would like to request the Scanner Event step by made functional on the Web Client.

Copy Curl Command on Automations
It would be nice to have the ability to copy curl command from the automation settings in the Hub so that I could paste this into tools like Postman.

Allow custom text for invitation mails to Connect
Customer employees frequently ignore Connect invitations as Spam. It would be good if the customer can write their own custom invitaiton messages.

Default Landing Page when the user logged in - Portal
Current Behavior
On first-time login, the contractor portal is expected to default to the Dashboard (as per system design).However, users have observed that it sometimes lands on the Technician tab instead.
For subsequent logins, the portal loads the last visited tab, as this preference is stored in the browser cache.
Technical Clarification
The system currently:Defaults to the first available page (Dashboard) only when no cached session data exists (e.g., incognito mode or cleared cache).
Stores the user’s last visited page in browser cache, which determines the landing page on future logins.

Remove Option for SCIM managed users from Flow connect
Currently there is no way to remove the SCIM managed users from Flow connect.
I can only either revoke the token or regenerate it but it will break the entire SCIM provisioning done for all the organization.the best approach is to ask the customers to remove the required user groups from the SCIM app registration in Entra ID. However, we should also have our own control over this, specially if the configuration was originally done for a PoC and when the PoC ends, there should be a mechanism to ensure that access is also disabled from our side.1 vote -
User Context Switching for Kiosk mode apps
We see more and more requirements from customers wanting to run Novacura Flow Connect in kiosk mode, where several users would use the same computer to basically run the same apps (e.g. for Inventory Operations or Shop Floor reporting).
For this reason it would be super useful to be able to easily and quickly switch user context from the client.
This would require two things:
Having the practical option to switch user. Maybe even including a simplified login process using for example a pin code
Being able to also switch back end user context. For IFS10 we can use Run…

Component Step in workflows
Possibility to modify an already added component step in a work flow. Currently after we add a component as a step in a workflow, there is no possibility for us to modify that step. We have to create a new step and map the component from scratch. In flow classic, it was possible for us to change the existing step. This additional work is hectic. please allow developer to change the Component step within a flow when by modifying the current step. Also make component workflows available for every application instead of the application it is developed in.

Allow Barcode scanner feature on/off for input fields
Some customers don't want the option to use barcode scanning (camera) on some input fields and want it on others (to prevent data errors)

Allow to run Components with user steps in the portal
Since there is no function in the portal today to determine whether user steps are present in components, all components start silently. And at runtime, if the component has a user step, an error saying: "Invalid usage of user step within component" is displayed.
Such a function would allow components with and without user steps, increasing the usability
