Preview of pdfs and images in file gallery in the Clients
When our users are out using their phones (iOS and Android) and having quite a few files displayed in the file gallery, they would like to see small thumbnails of the content of the file (like can be seen in windows).
Or, use some tag or in another way associate the file with specific function.2 votes -

Meta data from photos taken from mobile and tablets
When taking a picture with the phone there is some meta data attached to it (when and where etc.). Accessing that data with flow will make the geo position more accurate.
Today we use the gps coordinate feature in Flow, but as the technicians can take the pictures to then upload much later, the geo coordinates are wrong (i.e. from the location when uploaded, not where taken).2 votes -

Row Grouping on Grid
Current Limitation
At present, our grid does not support row grouping, which limits the ability to organize and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Suggested Improvement
Introducing row grouping functionality would greatly enhance the grid’s usability and analytical power. This feature would allow users to structure data hierarchically, improving clarity and navigation when dealing with complex or repetitive information.
Proposed Features
Group Rows by One or More Columns
Users can dynamically group rows based on selected columns (e.g., by category, status, or date).
Selectable Row Groups
Users can select an entire group directly from the grid interface.
Return Grouped Data as a…

Uptime dashboard
Why
As a customer, I would like to have a traffic light/dashboard to view my system's uptime and identify any outages in my region. What
This does not have to be observability in the form of who ran what app and when. Rather, I just want to get the dashboard to confirm that my system is up and running, and also to view its historical data. Similar to what AWS or Microsoft have. Or qlik: https://status.qlikcloud.com/2 votes -
Voice Step
Using voice as input when executing a task is becoming increasingly more useful and also more requested, with the use of AI.
To make this experience smooth and seamless we would need a voice step which automatically or on demand (by pressing a button) starts a recording. The recording can be paused or stopped (or auto stopped after a defined number of seconds of relative silence). The recoding is then returned to the workflow and can be processed in the following steps, using AI.

Improve screen transitions
There is an issue with screen transitions in both Flow Classic and Connect. Currently, users scan a barcode into a text input field using a scanner. After scanning and selecting "Next," the input field remains active, allowing users to continue scanning or typing even while the query is executing. This behavior is consistent across both Flow Classic and Connect.
Ideally, once a barcode is scanned and the transition or query is triggered, the input field should be locked or disabled to prevent further input until the process completes. This would help avoid confusion, as users might mistakenly believe that multiple…

Container in Container
Customers have consistently asked for more flexibility when designing their portals. While Connect has already expanded the design area from 12 to 24 columns, there’s still a need for more advanced layout options to meet growing demands.
For example, many partners have requested the ability to place multiple portlets (such as a filter and a table) within a single tab using a stacked container. This and similar use cases highlight the need for a more adaptable and intuitive layout system.
What’s Coming:
We’re introducing new features that will give users more control over portal layouts, including:Expanded Design Options: Greater…

Image Annotation to Provide IsEdited True/False
Currently, the image annotation has no way of determining if an image is edited or not. This means, that each time an image is either edited or not, I need to re-save it to the database. This is a performance issue since at times, I can present 20 images in a File Gallery and have no way of determining which ones I should save and which ones I should not save to the database.

Allow custom buttons in a portlet to listen directly to a filter
In Portal 2, there is currently no capability for custom buttons to directly listen to the same filters that a portlet uses. This limitation reduces flexibility and can lead to less intuitive user interactions, as demonstrated by the need for users to manually select an item in a scheduler portlet to trigger related custom button actions.
