Customized Button Placement in Clients
The suggested improvements to the current system involve enhancing the user experience and customization options in the graphical user interface (GUI). The proposal includes two main features:
Customizable Button Placement: The users express a strong interest in having the freedom to choose where the buttons (outputs) from user steps appear in the GUI. Currently, the system only allows the selection of priority, but the buttons always appear in the bottom right corner of the user step. The proposal seeks to provide flexibility, allowing users to position the buttons according to their preference, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Button Color Customization: Another requested feature is the ability to assign different colors to the buttons. For example, the proposal suggests using green for "go," orange for "pause," and red for "stop." By introducing this capability, the GUI can offer visual cues that align with the specific action associated with each button. This color customization enhances usability and clarity, making it easier for users to identify the intended functionality of the buttons at a glance.
Thank you for voting on this feature request. Our product team is currently reviewing it and evaluating its feasibility and potential impact. We will keep you updated on any progress.

Make buttons sticky and control the position of the button row (top/bottom etc.). This is so the user wont have to scroll so far down to find the available options in large user step.

Users currently face difficulty navigating long select lists with many records, especially when they need to access action buttons located at the bottom of the screen. This leads to excessive scrolling, reducing efficiency and user experience.
Proposed solution is to offer a feature to reposition action buttons to a more accessible area or fix them at the bottom of the screen, regardless of scrolling. Alternatively, introducing an "Up/Down" button fixed in the right corner of the screen, could allow users to quickly jump to the top or bottom of the list, streamlining navigation and improving usability in scenarios with lengthy lists.

As an extra add-on to that change request, It would be of a great help if resizing of the buttons was possible.
It would be especially good for mobile client with a narrow screen size, such as smart phones or mobile scanners. Placing, for instance, 4 buttons in a row would take far less space as what is available today (button placement on top of each other which takes nearly half a size of the screen).
Take a look at the attachment.

Mobile apps currently presents a challenge for users with a substantial list of records when utilizing a list selection element. Navigating to the buttons located below requires extensive scrolling, leading to frustration and inefficiency. To address this, we kindly request the implementation of a "max height" constraint on the scrollable content. By maintaining the visibility of the buttons at the bottom of the interface, users can enjoy a more seamless experience. This enhancement aligns with our scenario where "inline option" is set to "Open" and "show automatically" is enabled. Your attention to this feature request would greatly improve the usability and satisfaction of our Mobile app users.
