3. Default Landing Page when the user logged in - Portal

   Current Behavior
   On first-time login, the contractor portal is expected to default to the Dashboard (as per system design).

   However, users have observed that it sometimes lands on the Technician tab instead.

   For subsequent logins, the portal loads the last visited tab, as this preference is stored in the browser cache.

   Technical Clarification
   The system currently:

   Defaults to the first available page (Dashboard) only when no cached session data exists (e.g., incognito mode or cleared cache).

   Stores the user’s last visited page in browser cache, which determines the landing page on future logins.

   This behavior cannot currently be overridden without:

   Clearing cache, or

   Using a direct URL with a predefined page selection.

   Gap / Clarification Required
   There is no formally defined requirement confirming:

   Whether the landing page should always default to a specific tab (e.g., Dashboard), regardless of cache.

   Need confirmation if:

   Defaulting to the Technician tab in some scenarios is expected, or

   The system should always enforce Dashboard as the landing page.

9. Allow Date Inputs to Interact Within Same User Step

   Component: Workflow → User Step → Date Input

   Customer Feedback:
   We often use date ranges (from–to). Both default to today, but if the 'From' date is set far ahead, the 'To' date should adjust automatically. Users find it frustrating to manually scroll through the calendar to correct the 'To' date.

   Current Limitation:
   You cannot reference or update the value of one input field based on another within the same User Step. Referencing works across steps, but not within the same step.

   Request:
   As a user, I want a date input to be able to update another date input within the same User Step.
   Example: if the "From" date is changed to a future value and the "To" date is earlier, the "To" date should automatically update to match.

   Benefit:
   Improves UX, especially for workflows using date ranges. Reduces manual input and avoids forcing unnecessary step splitting to achieve this behavior.

   Component: Workflow → User Step → Date Input

10. GET endpoint with URL params for an Automation

    In many use cases we need to be able to expose a GET endpoint, using URL parameters as input to the Automation App.

    One general use case is callbacks, where a callback from a service is usually made using an http GET request.

    Specifically we will need this when doing online payments (using web browser) where the payment confirmation/receipt is sent using a callback GET with url params containing e.g. order id or payment reference.

12. Manual re-compile all enabled projections in OData connector

    In the context we hae customers like Elvia and soon DSB where flow is having a usage of 300+ projections. With frequent updates in IFS ( ever green with new releases every 6 month and service updates in addition). The projections needs to be recompiled one by one. This is timeconsuming and have a risk of not handling it correctly.

    I would be great and useful to add an option/button/way to easily re-download the metadata of all enabled projections and re-compile them in OData connector.

    Especially, after an update of IFS, it would be great to do it manually.

    Even if just the admin page gets this function(like: https://odata-ifscloud.novacuradev.net/) and not from machine steps in flow studio.

14. Push Notifications

    Flow Classic has a way to send push notifications via swimlanes. I have never been a fan of using swimlanes, but you could at least use them to send push notifications.

    In Flow Connect, I'd like to see Novacura implement a "connector" that could perform the same functionality. The connector could: iterate through a list of users, require a Push Notification message, optionally pass in an app GUID that would "forward" the user once they click on push notification to.

    Bonus points if you could use a websocket backend so this could also be implemented in the webclients as well and not just the mobile clients.

    Flow Classic has a way to send push notifications via swimlanes. I have never been a fan of using swimlanes, but you could at least use them to send push notifications.

16. Image Annotation to Provide IsEdited True/False

    Currently, the image annotation has no way of determining if an image is edited or not. This means, that each time an image is either edited or not, I need to re-save it to the database. This is a performance issue since at times, I can present 20 images in a File Gallery and have no way of determining which ones I should save and which ones I should not save to the database.

17. Move Data Grids Horizontally In User Step Elements

    The customer would like the option to move data grids horizontally within user steps. Currently they can only be stacked vertically.
    It is similar to how the text used with the labelled static text element can be moved when using the medium/large setting. This would allow the customer to see more data on large screens without having to scroll in excess.

    Kohberg, like many organizations, manages software installations and updates through a centralized deployment service. However, the current Windows client lacks the option to disable update prompts, which can interfere with managed deployment strategies and lead to inconsistencies in software versions across the organization.

19. Starting behaviour for grouped list selection

    Currently, when we initiate a list selection we can start it closed or fully extended.
    Ideally, we should be able to just show the categories and extend them. Currently they are always fully extended.

    If we have a large list of over 20 items, the grouping could help with navigating easier. Like this, we need to close them first to see them as an overview. There are pictures attached to illustrate this.
