  1. This request aims to enhance the capabilities of the DataGrid by allowing workflow designers to define the visibility of buttons based on data within the DataGrid. This functionality will provide greater control over user forms and user steps, enabling users to display specific fields and buttons selectively based on the data context, which is particularly useful for mobile optimization and conditional button enabling scenarios.

    Sample Use Cases:

    Mobile Optimization: When designing a user form with numerous fields, buttons, and DataGrid data, the feature would enable the designer to show only certain fields on mobile devices to optimize the user experience.

  2. We would like to enhance user experience by introducing a new feature: 'Function Selection' in the Portal2 filter settings, allowing users to customize and tailor their preferences more effectively. We need to be able to select the function we want to use with-in the filters settings (see file attached). Specifically the "Contains" function. Although we should be able to use the filter functions as a whole.

    On example is that we want got an item search and we want to keep that open and accessible regardless of what other flows we have started.

    Thanks!

  5. We use at lot of Assertion Steps in our Flow to alert users that something went wrong. On typical example is that we usually compare the the input to a list of items. If it don’t match, the user gets a error.

    The problem with Assertion Steps is that the user have to click to remove the popup window. To be more efficient, a temporary popup would sometimes be enough.

    We can accomplish this using the Checkpoint-step and write text that covers the whole screen, as seen in the picture.

    But it would be nice to make this popup red,…

  6. Our goal is to enhance the filterportlet by adding text input fields that offer auto-suggestions in the form of a drop-down list, displaying previous entries. This feature is already available in portal1. Users will experience a more user-friendly and efficient filtering process, as they can conveniently select from past entries suggested by the drop-down list.

  7. We would like to have the feature for reloading sub-tasks within a User Step. The subtask should be updated with data from a Machine Step, provided that the a machine Step is connected to the User Step using a Data Arrow. If so, the User Step will be updated when a sub task in the User Step is done and the User returns back to the User Step. The reload of data can also be triggered manually by swiping down. Works in Android app but not in Web client.

  9. Currently, the Enter key does not advance to the next step when an editable datagrid (DG) is present. This feature request proposes that when there's an input field activating a button before the editable datagrid, pressing Enter should progress to the next step. Similarly, if a default button follows the editable datagrid, Enter should activate that button and proceed to the next step. This enhancement aims to streamline user interaction by treating the editable datagrid as if it does not exist or behaves similarly to non-editable datagrids in terms of Enter key navigation.

  10. The usage of propertied enhances the productivity and maintainability of software development by enabling developers to gain insights into the usage of specific properties in their codebase quickly and efficiently. This should show in which Flows the property is used and be able to quickly navigate to that Flow.

  11. In order to use secure values in system variables, it would be good to encrypt the values from other admin's visibility.

    Currently, in our integration to Expensify the ID and Secret are handled in the body of the payload. In order to ease maintenance of these values, you could use System Values. However, it would mean that the secret would be visible to all with Admin privileges. See example Expensify API request below:

    curl -X POST 'https://integrations.expensify.com/Integration-Server/ExpensifyIntegrations' \
    -d 'requestJobDescription={
    "type":"file",
    "credentials":{
    "partnerUserID":"REPLACE",
    "partnerUserSecret":"REPLACE"
    },
    "onReceive":{
    "immediateResponse":["returnRandomFileName"]
    },
    "inputSettings":{
    "type":"combinedReportData",
    "filters":{
    "reportIDList": "R00bCluvcO4T,R006AseGxMka"
    }…

  12. I want to be able to automatically revert an old version into to the current working version, similar to Flow 6.
    Currently you have to open both the working version and the old version in Designer and manually copy between them.

  15. When a filter field is setup with the "List Of Values" for the "Edit as" type, it would be very helpful to be able to select the "Contains" operator. Currently the "Equals" operator is the only available selection for list of values fields.

  16. Portal2 Gantt sorting by click on one of the columns presented. Example: Standard sorting is to sort by work task number. One of the columns shown is equipment object id or department and the user wants to sort by Equipent object by click on that column. (or date, or department, or priority etc)

  17. After appending a new row to a datagrid, the new row insertion occurrs at the concluding section of the DataGrid, even though my current view is confined to page 1. This outcome holds the potential to bewilder users, as it contrasts with the anticipated experience. When a user undertakes the action of appending a new row to a DataGrid, it is a logical expectation that the newly added row should be prominently visible upon transitioning to the creation interface. To align with this user-centric principle, it is recommended that a design modification be implemented to guide users to the end…

  18. Currently this feature is not available in the web client and only available for the mobile devices. The idea is to implement a push notification to a user or a group whenever a swimlane handover happens (i.e inbox items handover).

  19. Our users seek more flexibility and independence in their application development, it becomes crucial to provide them with a native data storage solution that is seamlessly integrated into the Flow environment. This feature would empower users to set up and manage their own databases directly within Novacura Flow, offering a level of control and customization that aligns with their specific application needs.

    Key Benefits:

    Simplified Data Management: Users can create, modify, and manage their databases without the need for external database systems, simplifying the entire data management process.

    Enhanced Security: By providing an integrated data layer, Novacura Flow can ensure…

  20. In the current implementation, the data grid search functionality searches through all columns, including those that aren't displayed in the data grid or are not set up under "Edit columns."

    Proposed solution is to introduce a customizable search functionality in data grids where users can selectively choose which columns to include in the search. This can be achieved by adding a checkbox option under "Edit columns" labeled as "Searchable". By default, all columns can have the "Searchable" checkbox marked to ensure compatibility with the existing behavior. Users can then choose to deselect certain columns if they don't want them to…
