New Connector in order to work with Excel files
We would like to have a new conector in order to read and process excel sheets as part of our daily business. At the moment we can only work with .csv files using existing Novacura connectors. We would like to request to add a Connector to make it easier to work with Excel Files.

Conditional Visibility on User Step Elements
As a Flow Developer, I want to be able to decide if a User Step Element is visible or not based on logic written in Flow Script. This can currently be done for Buttons through the Available If field. The same functionality should be available for User Step Elements as well.

Enhanced Grid Configuration for Number of Records in Portal 2
Requesting the ability to define a custom range of values for the number of records on a grid in Portal 2. Currently, the system allows setting a maximum value, but we propose adding the flexibility to set specific increments such as 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200. Enhanced Data Tree Integration for Dynamic KPI Filtering in Portal 2
Requesting the addition of a feature in Portal 2 that enables KPI cards to dynamically respond to On Node Selection events in the Data Tree, allowing for real-time filtering based on hierarchy selection. Currently, while table portlets can adjust dynamically, KPI cards remain static, displaying counts only from the highest level of the hierarchy. This enhancement would significantly improve our workflow by providing more granular insights aligned with the selected data tree node.

As a user, I want to be able to use the Testbench (debugger) in Flow Studio while using OpenID for OData connectors
As a user, I want to be able to use the Testbench (debugger) in Flow Studio while using OpenID for OData connectors. Right now, you can work around this by changing the OData connector to a type that doesn't use OpenID, but when you're dealing with large flows that have lots of fragments, this becomes too much work.

Include Handling Unit ID's in newly created records
When running the app to create a Handling Unit there is no information to the user of what Handling Unit ID’s that are created. There should be a field in the summary that list the ID’s (can be multiple) that are generated.

Native Image Markup and Annotation within FLOW Client App
Our customers have expressed a strong demand for a more efficient and seamless image annotation process within the FLOW Client app. Currently, users face inconvenience and inefficiencies as they need to save images locally and then upload them separately before performing annotations or markups. To address this concern and elevate the user experience, we request the integration of native image markup and annotation capabilities directly within the FLOW Client app, enabling users to capture images, annotate them, and instantly save or submit the annotated pictures.

Decrease Novacura Flow Server Response Times
As a developer working in Novacura Flow Studio, when there is a lot of Flows on the Server, the server responds slowly as the database increases. It would be great if flow server could scale to as the storage increased.

OData Error Format Change
We would like if the OData connector return error (Error.jpg) like in IFS structure (IFS error structure.png) as a flow structure: record error containing fields code, message and table details with code and message columns. This would remove the need to beautify the ErrorMessage in flow script. Also using the break workflow feature could show just the error.message and details.code + details.message (Error in flow.jpg).

Enhanced to have a "Developer" License type in studio
For the developers 2 admin accounts to develop an app in studio and test it in various clients or portal developments.
2-3 developers are doing the maintenance working with customers (need of 4-6 or more additional users) that sometimes exceeds the user license.
With the latest Studio versions, it is not possible to activate users over the licensed amount. This makes lives harder. Exit user step with event
It should be possible to have an automatic exit from a user step using an event, or some other input. This could for instance be a timeout that moves to a different screen based on a timer event.

Resize image in oData Connector
Need the possibility to resize images fetched with the oData Connector. We currently do not have the possibility to resize images in any way. After talking to people in customer success team they said the easiest and fastest solution would be to create the possibility to resize images directly in the oData Connector when they are fetched from IFS with the oData Connector.

Overview of Scheduled Workflow Executions
As an Administrator of an environment, the customer would like to see an overview of machine workflows and their executions, specifically for scheduled workflows. It is possible to schedule a workflow, but it would be good to see if the workflow was succesful or failed. If it failed, at what part of the flow did it fail and what inputs and outputs were there at that point in time. It would be great if an administrator could make changes to the data and re-run it from the failed element within the flow.

Enhanced Variable Management in Debug Mode (Test Bench)
When debugging workflows in the Studio with a high number of variables (200+), it is time-consuming and challenging to locate specific variables. Currently, variables are not presented in any particular order and cannot be sorted.
We propose to introduce the following enhancements for variable management in debug mode:
- Ability to sort variables by name and type.
- Search functionality to find specific variables (or part of a variable name).
- Option to monitor specific variables - a feature where the user can mark specific variables which will always be at the top of the list.

Identity OData Projections within Workflows (Projection Used In)
The customer wants to maintain IFS Permission setup and needs a list of used projections per user flow. Currently, the only way to do this is by manually going through all steps and keeping a list of user projections. However, there is a workflow companion in connector services that can add missing projections to the connector configuration from a .flow or .wap file. The customer suggests that the service should also include the option to list projections (and even operations) per flow from the .flow/.wap file automatically, as manual bookkeeping is tedious and inconvenient.

Add scanning capability to Android app's data grid opening
Many customers have extensive grid lists that they want to keep open for monitoring while retaining the ability to scan and observe real-time changes. Currently, they have to repeatedly switch between opening the grid to find their item, then going back to scan, and reopening the list to check if it worked and determine what to scan next.

Export and Import of projection configuration between OData connector services.
When deploying Flows between environments you typically have >1 OData connector services and/or configuration. Today you need to select and compile projections, one by one, when moving a set of projections for deployment. This needs to be made smoother.
Suggestion, make it possible to; export and import a projection configuration and then bulk compile the imported list of projections in the new configuration/service.
