Conditional Visibility on User Step Elements
As a Flow Developer, I want to be able to decide if a User Step Element is visible or not based on logic written in Flow Script. This can currently be done for Buttons through the Available If field. The same functionality should be available for User Step Elements as well.

Would be great if this condition to make ... is available for almost all the options.
Eg Make Upper case (Ability to write a condition next to it when to activate it.
Allow Empty inputs (Ability to write a condition when to make it true)
Allow empty input, etc
