  1. The customer would like the option to move data grids horizontally within user steps. Currently they can only be stacked vertically.
It is similar to how the text used with the labelled static text element can be moved when using the medium/large setting. This would allow the customer to see more data on large screens without having to scroll in excess.

  2. Kohberg, like many organizations, manages software installations and updates through a centralized deployment service. However, the current Windows client lacks the option to disable update prompts, which can interfere with managed deployment strategies and lead to inconsistencies in software versions across the organization.

  4. We are working with an external Bluetooth device that transmits image data in chunks, which need to be reassembled upon receiving an end-of-data marker. Our current integration with Python successfully handles this process, but the Novacura platform seems to capture only a single notification. We require functionality to write to a characteristic ID, receive continuous notifications, and aggregate multiple binary data packets into a single file (e.g., JPEG) until an 'OK' marker is received. This feature would significantly enhance value for our customers by enabling seamless two-way BL-LE communication in Nova, with the ability to trigger this process multiple times.

  5. In Web client, week number is shown in the calender when picking a date in the Date Input element. In Andorid client, week number is missing.

Our users would like to see week number in the Android client when picking a date in the Date Input element.

    Thanks!

  6. More descriptive error messages in the web client to pinpoint the exact issue in the workflow, instead of generic errors like "invalid step" or "string literal error."

  7. When using seeded inboxes in App's we will have to go into the menue to see howmany requests are available. Ex: Approval APP, howmany records are there for user to approval.
However it would be great to have a feature that gives notifications if they have any pending for requests shown externally (without having to click on the menu). Ex: like a pop up notifications etc.

  8. Recent user feedback from field training highlighted critical challenges when using the Novacura Web Forms web client on Windows tablets due to the absence of a dedicated Windows application. These challenges include a lack of Bluetooth integration, a non-streamlined photo attachment process, and navigation difficulties within the UI. Current issues prevent full functionality for mobile users on Windows tablets, prompting us to recommend using only Android or Apple tablets until a solution is in place.
    Details:
    1. Bluetooth Integration:
o Issue: The current Windows Web Forms web client does not support Bluetooth integration, a critical feature for seamless field operations…

  9. Users of the Flow mobile application face a limitation when interacting with data grids that contain checkboxes. Currently, to select a checkbox within a data grid column, users must navigate into each individual row and then set the checkbox. This process is seen as cumbersome and inefficient, especially for tasks requiring multiple selections across several rows.

The proposed solution is to introduce the functionality that allows users to directly select checkboxes from the main view of the data grid, without the need to navigate into each row. This enhancement should apply to all Flow mobile clients, streamlining tasks that involve…

  11. The feature in question is the "Offline Data Update Interval" setting, which prompts users to update their offline data after a specified time interval. While this functionality is beneficial in maintaining up-to-date data, we observed that users have the option to dismiss the update prompt by clicking "No" and proceed with launching the flow without refreshing their offline data.

We have tested this behavior in the Windows 10 Flow Client, where we configured the offline data update interval to 1 hour. As expected, we received the "Offline Data Expired" notification when the interval elapsed. However, we found that clicking "No"…

  12. We utilize scanner events to scan barcodes, extract item numbers, and retrieve item descriptions, locations, and stock balances. While this process generally works fine, we've noticed that Flow attempts to execute the API for connector steps even before scanning.

In the screenshot provided, you can see that there are three APIs that utilize the scanned item number to collect data. These APIs are triggered when the user step is displayed for the first time, even if the item number is blank. This leads to issues and longer response times.

If we bypass scanner events, the APIs should still run. However,…

  13. At present, the NG Web Client lacks branding capabilities. This limitation restricts the ability to customize the look and feel of the platform, which could affect the user experience and the alignment with the company's branding guidelines.

  14. In the current version of Studio, there is a limitation in detecting data changes made during a User Step. Proposed solution is to enhance Studio to include the capability of detecting any data changes that occur within a User Step. Following this detection, these changes should be easily accessible and usable as variables or properties in subsequent steps of the workflow. This feature would allow users and developers to dynamically adjust the workflow based on user inputs or changes, greatly enhancing the flexibility and functionality of Studio.

  17. In our current Flow design, the use of checkboxes creates unnecessary and excessive whitespace, particularly when two checkbox elements are placed close together. This not only affects the aesthetic appearance of the interface but can also impact the usability by requiring additional scrolling and making the layout appear disjointed.

  18. The "Auto Focus " option currently fails to place the cursor in the first input field when it is the second element in a flow after a list box. This results in a non-intuitive user experience, requiring users to navigate through other elements before reaching the input field. We request an enhancement to ensure the cursor is directly placed in the first input field, or at least the list box, when "Auto Focus Input" is enabled, providing a smoother user experience.

  20. I have created a "quick note" in a Pinned step to make it possible for users to save information in one step or Flow and use it in another.

And if I were able to push the information from the Pinned Step to the current User Step it would be possible to use this even in handheld devices where selecting and copying is an unrealistic way of working.

We got this kind of feature in our ERP M3 and as we build layers upon M3 using Flow we are missing this kind of small but efficient features.

    This could be…
