  1. When running the app to create a Handling Unit there is no information to the user of what Handling Unit ID’s that are created. There should be a field in the summary that list the ID’s (can be multiple) that are generated.

  3. With this feature, Flow users will be able to create and configure workflows within IFS that enables more resilient assignment state management.
    Workflow configuration is heavily used by field service technicians to modify a given workflow to suit their business requirements. It also helps end-users navigate through the work assignments more easily.

  4. Field technicians should be able to see the available part quantity in inventory for a selected part, prior to allocating material for a work task. This would intern provide a better overview in planning and executing the task.

  5. Customers want to be able to add production reporting and operational equipment time reporting to my crew sheet in Crew Time Reporting application.

    Production Reporting in IFS Cloud is done in Schedule of Work Production by WBS where the reporting on these activities is done in Work Recording screens in Cloud.

    Equipment should be tied to a Crew member and production hours should be reported by equipment to be add as a billable line item to the IFS Project.

  6. Two things to report regarding attachments when creating an Expense Report.

    1. The attachment type is set to MEDIA, that limits us to certain file types. Sometimes the user wants to add a PDF document, but that is not possible.

    2. One of the final steps in the app is to attach a document (if that exists) to the expense row that was just created. Here step “Get Expense Details” fetches all expense rows, and the next assignment step fetches the first row {FirstOrEmpty(ExpenseDetailResult.Results)}. This first row is then used to create a keyref in the next step. The problem is that…

  7. The idea is to allow form creation with built in logic, similar to a the tool used when building a form in SurveyMonkey. You could have Interaction Items for multiple choice, true/false, 1-10 scales, short answer, etc. This would allow customers to build surveys, or in the case of Flow academy design the certification exam. An example of the backend logic would be if you had a question "Did you the instructor covered the material in a clear and concise manner?", and the respondent said "No", then a short answer box would appear next asking them to explain what could…

  8. IFS WADACO application and Novacura WM application does not work in offline mode.
    It will be great if Novacura could include some of the WM apps with offline functionality.
    Eg: Certain WADACO transactions such as Counting, Moving, Execute transport tasks etc.

  9. The Marketplace team is looking to create a Work Task Scheduler App for remote work tasks.
    An example of the app can be seen in this screenshot.

    The app would consist of tables, shedular, and mapping services to resource locations and assignments.

    Currently IFS Cloud standard does not include the Scheduling engine PSO (https://www.ifs.com/assets/enterprise-service-management/ifs-planning-and-scheduling-optimization)

    We need to consider whether PSO would be required to use this app specifically for the Routing and scheduling aspects.

    We are looking for feedback on this concept.

  10. The "Attach Part to HU" app currently allows users to add only one part at a time, which can be time-consuming. The suggestion is to enhance the app by adding a looping option within the flow, enabling users to add multiple parts consecutively without restarting the process each time. Additionally, the app currently supports adding only one serial at a time, and the recommendation is to enhance it with a multi-select option, allowing users to add multiple serials simultaneously for improved efficiency.

  11. We are looking for feedback on what requirements people have for a Novacura Supplier Portal.

    Examples could be:

    RFQ responses
    Inventory Management
    Purchase Order Management

  12. There's a missing function to support an advanced shiping note receipts which could be integrated to Receive Purchase Order app.
    User should be able to fetch the lines either using Detail (scanning EDI-sent SSCC numbers) or Bulk Search (choosing a pending Delivery Note from the drop-down menu) branch.
    The feature will be of a great help to all customers which have EDI integration established with their suppliers as well as will support the receipts of Internal Sales Orders.
