  1. When running the app to create a Handling Unit there is no information to the user of what Handling Unit ID’s that are created. There should be a field in the summary that list the ID’s (can be multiple) that are generated.

  2. For the developers 2 admin accounts to develop an app in studio and test it in various clients or portal developments.

    2-3 developers are doing the maintenance working with customers (need of 4-6 or more additional users) that sometimes exceeds the user license.

    With the latest Studio versions, it is not possible to activate users over the licensed amount. This makes lives harder. Therefore, would like to have a “developer” license type in Studio that is also an admin and does not have a limit of concurrent logins. No account used on another device warning.   3. Requesting a feature enhancement to streamline user filtering by roles in the Flow environment. Currently, the process involves looping through all users to extract roles and apply filters, which can potentially cause performance issues in multi-tenanted environments. The proposed improvement aims to enable direct retrieval of users based on specified roles (e.g., "/PCMS", "/PCMS/Tech"), optimizing performance and enhancing efficiency in role-based user management within Flow.

  4. Requesting the addition of a feature in Portal 2 that enables KPI cards to dynamically respond to On Node Selection events in the Data Tree, allowing for real-time filtering based on hierarchy selection. Currently, while table portlets can adjust dynamically, KPI cards remain static, displaying counts only from the highest level of the hierarchy. This enhancement would significantly improve our workflow by providing more granular insights aligned with the selected data tree node.

  5. As a user, I want to be able to use the Testbench (debugger) in Flow Studio while using OpenID for OData connectors. Right now, you can work around this by changing the OData connector to a type that doesn't use OpenID, but when you're dealing with large flows that have lots of fragments, this becomes too much work.

Our product team has determined that it is not aligned with our product roadmap or does not bring enough value to our platform to justify its implementation. We appreciate your continued feedback and look forward to hearing about future ideas.

  6. It should be possible to have an automatic exit from a user step using an event, or some other input. This could for instance be a timeout that moves to a different screen based on a timer event.

  7. Requesting the ability to define a custom range of values for the number of records on a grid in Portal 2. Currently, the system allows setting a maximum value, but we propose adding the flexibility to set specific increments such as 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200. This feature would provide more granular control over the grid display, ensuring a smoother user experience and better alignment with specific use cases.

  8. Need the possibility to resize images fetched with the oData Connector. We currently do not have the possibility to resize images in any way. After talking to people in customer success team they said the easiest and fastest solution would be to create the possibility to resize images directly in the oData Connector when they are fetched from IFS with the oData Connector.

  10. Export and Import of projection configuration between OData connector services.

    When deploying Flows between environments you typically have >1 OData connector services and/or configuration. Today you need to select and compile projections, one by one, when moving a set of projections for deployment. This needs to be made smoother.

    Suggestion, make it possible to; export and import a projection configuration and then bulk compile the imported list of projections in the new configuration/service.

  13. The ability to optimize table column sizing within Portal 2. Specifically, they wish to efficiently utilize space by reducing unused areas and avoiding premature truncation of text. Currently, when adjusting column size, text may inexplicably condense into "..." even when ample space remains. This issue affects the overall user experience and hampers the ability to visualize critical information without constant scrolling.   14. In the previous version, Portal 1, Table Portlets featured a convenient "Clear Filter" button, allowing users to easily reset filters applied to the data. However, in the current version, Portal 2, this helpful feature is no longer available. As a result, users who have migrated to Portal 2 are facing challenges when it comes to clearing filters, leading to complaints and frustrations.

  15. We would like to implement a feature that allows users to easily reorder workflows within the "Workflow" portlet. Currently, the only way to achieve this is by removing the workflows and recreating them in the desired order, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient. With the new functionality, users will have a more efficient and user-friendly way to arrange workflows according to their preferences directly within the "Workflow" portlet.

  16. In the Gantt chart, users currently see the date of the first day of the week in a specific format (e.g., "Mon 17-4") at the zoom level of weeks. Some users prefer to see week numbers also (following the ISO week standard) instead of just dates. Users would also like the date to be displayed in a different format (e.g., DD/MM).

  17. When debugging workflows in the Studio with a high number of variables (200+), it is time-consuming and challenging to locate specific variables. Currently, variables are not presented in any particular order and cannot be sorted.

    We propose to introduce the following enhancements for variable management in debug mode:

    1. Ability to sort variables by name and type.
    2. Search functionality to find specific variables (or part of a variable name).
    3. Option to monitor specific variables - a feature where the user can mark specific variables which will always be at the top of the list.

  18. Users have problems with the update and clear button in the table portlet.

    1. They have a very similar appearance and they mix them up

      1. Their location is very close to each other and they sometimes press the wrong one since they are too close.

    A suggestion is to change the icon on at least one of them. Maybe the clear button can have a different color?

  19. As a developer working in Novacura Flow Studio, when there is a lot of Flows on the Server, the server responds slowly as the database increases. It would be great if flow server could scale to as the storage increased.

  20. Currently, the biggest issue with record portlets is that any field displayed on the portlet becomes editable. While one can ignore the fields they don't want to be editable in the update statement, there is no built-in option to explicitly make a field not editable in portal 2. This causes confusion among users as to why certain fields are not updating. Therefore, we request the addition of an option for non-editable fields in record portlets. This feature will improve user experience and allow administrators to define specific fields as read-only, enhancing data integrity and user clarity.
