In-Flow Image Viewing Capabilities
Flow currently requires users to download files in order to view them, a process that some customers find inconvenient. There is a clear preference for viewing image files within the flow itself without the need for downloading.
Therefore, we propose an enhancement to enable viewing of common image file types (e.g., JPEG, PNG) directly within the Flow interface. This feature will enhance the user experience, allowing quick and convenient access to image content and reducing the steps required for users to interact with image files.

Change Tracking Enhancement
To increase auditability and reduce unnoticed changes in Flow Studio, we need a feature to track modifications made by third-party developers. The system should record changes made to flow components, noting the user and the commit timestamp. A comparison between changes (diff) would further enhance transparency.

Update User Step when returning from Subtask
We would like to have the feature for reloading sub-tasks within a User Step. The subtask should be updated with data from a Machine Step, provided that the a machine Step is connected to the User Step using a Data Arrow. If so, the User Step will be updated when a sub task in the User Step is done and the User returns back to the User Step. The reload of data can also be triggered manually by swiping down. Works in Android app but not in Web client.

Modify the Access Level "AdministerWorkflows" in Flow Studio
If any user has been granted the Access Level: AdministerWorkflows, they can create a Novacura Flow in Novacura Studio to grant themselves AdministerBasicData.
We would suggest One of two things to overcome this ;
Remove this Access Level as it is essentially useless now
Keep this Access Level, but restrict (remove) access to use the Flow Environment connector

Advanced Flow Name Search Options in New WebClient
In the new web client, the current flow name search allows filtering by typing a partial name. However, we would greatly appreciate additional search options such as "wildcards," "starts with," "ends with," and "contains." These enhancements would enable more refined searches, specifically allowing users to locate flows that begin with a certain pattern, end with a specific string, or contain a particular sequence. Implementing these features would significantly improve the flow discovery process, increase user productivity, and enhance the overall user experience in the web client.

Improved "Auto Focus" Option Behavior
The "Auto Focus " option currently fails to place the cursor in the first input field when it is the second element in a flow after a list box. This results in a non-intuitive user experience, requiring users to navigate through other elements before reaching the input field. We request an enhancement to ensure the cursor is directly placed in the first input field, or at least the list box, when "Auto Focus Input" is enabled, providing a smoother user experience.

Enable Seamless Script Integration with Included Workflows and Machine Steps
We request an enhancement to enable script steps to directly interact with included workflows and machine steps. Currently, this limitation leads to complex workarounds and inefficiencies, particularly when processing datasets in loops. With the proposed improvement, users can easily call included workflows and machine steps from within script steps, streamlining data processing and reducing the need for intermediary datasets. This enhancement will significantly improve workflow efficiency and simplify task execution.

Expanded Menu Priority Order Integers
Currently, the menu sorting order in our system is limited to priorities 1-10, which restricts our ability to effectively organize a large number of menus. We kindly request an enhancement to the sorting functionality that allows for a broader range of priorities, specifically from 1 to 100 or, ideally, any integer. This would provide us with much-needed flexibility and control in managing our extensive menu collection, leading to a more seamless user experience and improved efficiency.
