  1. Propose improvements to streamline the Register Arrival workflow. Key enhancements include implementing a multi-select feature for line selection to handle shipments with multiple lines, enabling the addition of received lines to an existing Handling Unit (HU), and modifying the Select Order step to display the supplier name (and optionally the supplier number) instead of the generic 'Purchase Order' label. Additionally, introduce options at the workflow's end to either continue receiving lines on the same Purchase Order (PO) or select a different PO for further processing.

  2. Introduce a feature that enables users to import input parameters directly into the workflow's start task from a JSON file or similar format. This would improve the efficiency and flexibility of parameter management, eliminating the need for manual entry while maintaining the security restrictions on the workflow header, which remains locked from editing by design. The feature ensures a more user-friendly experience without compromising the security protocols in place.

  3. This feature request proposes the ability to customize the display of data within table portlet column cells in Novacura's Portal 2 application. Users would be able to modify text color, align data (left, right, center), include Unicode characters, and display images.   4. Currently, Novacura's Portal 2 application allows users to organize table data using a single "group by" option. The feature request is to enhance this functionality by allowing users to apply multiple "group by" fields simultaneously, providing greater flexibility and enabling more complex data organization and analysis.

  5. Request for a Marketplace app for Supplier Invoice Authorization.
    It is quite common that customers ask for an app to authorize supplier invoices.
    Basic functionality like approve/authorize, add/edit notes and change Invoice receipient.

  6. In Portal 1 - it was possible to double click on table row or single click on sprocket to initiate the flow.

    In Portal 2 - you need to click directly on triangle (counterpart for sprocket in Portal 1) to initiate the flow, double click does not work. It causes problem on production line, because employee need to navigate and click directly on triangle what it sometimes difficult.

    There should be an option to click on table row as it was in Portal 1

  7. When a field technician is involved with ongoing tasks, there could arise a need to create additional work. The existing IFS Marketplace app 'New Work' is a standalone app used for fault reporting purposes. However, in most use case scenarios, technicians tend to create new work (assignments) while performing ongoing assignments. Hence, it is beneficial to have the option to copy task information on to the new work to minimize re-entry of data.

  8. In the current configuration of Portal 2, locking the side menu causes it to overlay the main content area, leading to obscured or covered content. This can impair user interaction and accessibility, particularly when navigating or viewing crucial interface elements.

    Proposed solution is to modify the behavior of the Portal 2 interface so that when the side menu is locked, the main content area automatically adjusts to the right. This adjustment should ensure that no content is obscured by the locked menu.   11. Now we can set Alternate row coloring only for single portlet. It should be possible to set it for all portlets globally.

    Now we can set it for single portlets in menu Edit / Style / Row.
    It should be added to global settings in Style / Branding / Theme

  12. Customers using mobile clients on compact, hand-held devices tend to utilize List Multi-Selection Input for its displayed data compression and dynamic fields. What is not available, when comparing to the data grid, is the possibility to mark-to-select-all. It's rather cumbersome to manually select/de-select all the records. We've currently designed a work-around but would appreciate if that is an in-buil feature. Take a look at the attachment.

  14. If we provide an endpoint capable of handling XML files customers are expecting a WSDL file documentation. IE currently cannot generate this. We need an automatic function to create this.

  15. In the app Review Expense, there is an option to delete an expense line from an expense report. If the user deletes all lines (i.e. want to cancel a report) the header is still active and is visible in the app for the user in the first user step (LOV with open reports). That can be a bit confusing. Suggestion to add a validation with a question to the user after the last line of the report is deleted “You are deleting the last line of the Expense report, do you want to cancel the Expense report?”.   20. The current system lacks efficient mechanisms for managing flow history, particularly in environments with numerous flows and versions. This leads to performance issues due to the accumulation of extensive history data. Additionally, the need to update flow IDs on the portal after importing and exporting flows complicates maintenance and disrupts workflow continuity.

    Proposed solution is to implement a configurable option within the web configuration file to set a limit on the number of flow history entries retained, defaulting to the latest 10 entries. This setting would allow users to manage performance by controlling the volume of historical data stored.
