  1. Hi,

I was working with our implementation where I found if I provide a form to user to retype password with musking in a user prompt, there is no option to see what is typed

I mean we need to have a eye option for musking as optional basis.

Same option is there in Novacura generic blue screen.

  2. Hi,

    example for teh above asking

Suppose you have 2 data grid created for different purpose

Now you will be using iterating and using individual machine steps and insert data into table.

    m1-->m2
Now m1 successfully executes though m2 fails but it's wrong if I want to execute whole flow successfully and all the machine steps should if successfully runs, complete the flow.

Now because of the above action some data getting inserted but others not.
Can we have a process where we can decide all machine flow executes and then it gives a success. it can be a user…

  3. As a user, I would like to use regular OData operations in the IFS OData connector to access 3rd sub-level entities. While this is currently achievable via custom requests, native support in standard operations would greatly enhance efficiency, simplicity, and streamline integrations.

  4. The customer would like the option to move data grids horizontally within user steps. Currently they can only be stacked vertically.
It is similar to how the text used with the labelled static text element can be moved when using the medium/large setting. This would allow the customer to see more data on large screens without having to scroll in excess.

  5. I would be very valuable to be able to configure more columns in the execution history, or atleast provide an "ExternalID" or "ID" column that you could set from the transformation or from within the workflow.

The use case is that we have thousands of executions a day, but FLINT offers no way of finding a particular execution. The sender and receiver system have IDs that would be very beneficial to be able to add to the execution metadata displayed in the FLINT history interface.

  6. Assertion steps in Portal2 currently include server log information, which is unnecessary for users. It would be better to omit this and display only the assertion messages.

  7. Kohberg, like many organizations, manages software installations and updates through a centralized deployment service. However, the current Windows client lacks the option to disable update prompts, which can interfere with managed deployment strategies and lead to inconsistencies in software versions across the organization.

  9. At the moment if we want to edit rows in the datagrid this is only possible with an extra pop-up window per line. This is very bad UX in the majority of our used cases. In the webclient it's possible to edit inline, so it would be nice to get that possibility in the client as well.
The most common use case we have over and over is a list of material where we just want to change the quantity. With the pop-up per line this becomes very inefficient.

  10. In Web client, week number is shown in the calender when picking a date in the Date Input element. In Andorid client, week number is missing.

Our users would like to see week number in the Android client when picking a date in the Date Input element.

    Thanks!

  11. Possibility to use date selector in Data grid element.
Today only text, number, Lovs, checkboxes is valid for use. But many customers also ask for the possibility to use a Calendar for date fields to be possible to use.

  13. When using seeded inboxes in App's we will have to go into the menue to see howmany requests are available. Ex: Approval APP, howmany records are there for user to approval.
However it would be great to have a feature that gives notifications if they have any pending for requests shown externally (without having to click on the menu). Ex: like a pop up notifications etc.

  14. Introduce additional functions or constants in Flow Script that provide users with direct access to key mathematical constants such as "e" and "Pi".

  16. In some instances the drag-and-drop functionality of the Scheduler is not ideal, but you still want to display the data in a Scheduler and edit it in a separate portlet like the Record Viewer. This works, however the changes are not reflected in the Scheduler portlet until it is refreshed, and you cannot set a Scheduler portlet to listen to OnRefresh from a Record Viewer Portlet.

  17. Many customers have centralized monitoring tools for their applications and integrations. Would be nice if the history data could be shared via some API in Flint so it could be exported to other monitoring tools.

  19. Currently a WSDL contract is necessary when creating the connector. However, once the connector is set up, it doesn't need ongoing access to the contract. On an on-premises server setup, the contract could simply be placed in the file system and accessed from there. However, on a cloud setup, direct file system hosting isn't possible.

One suggestion is using a file system connector, which would allow users to upload the file onto the cloud server and then point to it. However, this approach is somewhat unconventional and a bit of a “rouge style”. An additional layer of complexity exists if…

  20. When running Machine Flows in the portal via buttons or events and you throw an error via an assertion step for instance, you will get an generic pre and suffix to the message you enter. This causes confusion for the user, it would be great if you had control of how the exceptions were presented, like a banner or popup.
