  1. Many customers have centralized monitoring tools for their applications and integrations. Would be nice if the history data could be shared via some API in Flint so it could be exported to other monitoring tools.

  3. Currently a WSDL contract is necessary when creating the connector. However, once the connector is set up, it doesn't need ongoing access to the contract. On an on-premises server setup, the contract could simply be placed in the file system and accessed from there. However, on a cloud setup, direct file system hosting isn't possible.

    One suggestion is using a file system connector, which would allow users to upload the file onto the cloud server and then point to it. However, this approach is somewhat unconventional and a bit of a “rouge style”. An additional layer of complexity exists if…

  4. When running Machine Flows in the portal via buttons or events and you throw an error via an assertion step for instance, you will get an generic pre and suffix to the message you enter. This causes confusion for the user, it would be great if you had control of how the exceptions were presented, like a banner or popup.

  6. As a user, I would like the option for scheduled workflows to adjust for daylight saving changes, as the system currently only supports a static UTC setting. Adding this flexibility would accommodate different timing needs, allowing for both local time adjustments and consistent UTC scheduling.

  7. Recent user feedback from field training highlighted critical challenges when using the Novacura Web Forms web client on Windows tablets due to the absence of a dedicated Windows application. These challenges include a lack of Bluetooth integration, a non-streamlined photo attachment process, and navigation difficulties within the UI. Current issues prevent full functionality for mobile users on Windows tablets, prompting us to recommend using only Android or Apple tablets until a solution is in place.

  8. In the context we hae customers like Elvia and soon DSB where flow is having a usage of 300+ projections. With frequent updates in IFS ( ever green with new releases every 6 month and service updates in addition). The projections needs to be recompiled one by one. This is timeconsuming and have a risk of not handling it correctly.

    I would be great and useful to add an option/button/way to easily re-download the metadata of all enabled projections and re-compile them in OData connector.

    Especially, after an update of IFS, it would be great to do it manually.

  13. Portal 2 currently lacks the option to disable the sortable functionality in table portlets, a feature that was available in Portal 1. This feature is crucial, especially for touch device users, as the default sortable setting can lead to accidental data reorganization or confusion when interacting with the interface.

    Proposed solution is to reintroduce the "Sortable" option in the table portlet settings within Portal 2. This feature should allow administrators to toggle sorting capabilities on and off according to the specific needs of their interface design or user experience requirements.

  14. At the moment the integration Engine can transform incoming XMLs, but we have cases where it would be benefical if we can forward the incoming message body as text to the flow server.

    Examples for this:
    1) receive a file as pure text that we want to process as file (e.g. csv or xml).
    2) One Endpoint for multiple different incoming XMLs/ different formats.
    3) Other edge cases where the available script languages might not be enough, but Flowscript could handle it.

  16. We are working with an external Bluetooth device that transmits image data in chunks, which need to be reassembled upon receiving an end-of-data marker. Our current integration with Python successfully handles this process, but the Novacura platform seems to capture only a single notification. We require functionality to write to a characteristic ID, receive continuous notifications, and aggregate multiple binary data packets into a single file (e.g., JPEG) until an 'OK' marker is received. This feature would significantly enhance value for our customers by enabling seamless two-way BL-LE communication in Nova, with the ability to trigger this process multiple times.

  17. Propose improvements to streamline the Register Arrival workflow. Key enhancements include implementing a multi-select feature for line selection to handle shipments with multiple lines, enabling the addition of received lines to an existing Handling Unit (HU), and modifying the Select Order step to display the supplier name (and optionally the supplier number) instead of the generic 'Purchase Order' label. Additionally, introduce options at the workflow's end to either continue receiving lines on the same Purchase Order (PO) or select a different PO for further processing.

  19. Currently, Novacura's Portal 2 application allows users to organize table data using a single "group by" option.
