This request aims to improve the flow management and collaboration capabilities in Studio by introducing the following functionalities:

Find Locked Flows: Add a feature to easily discover all locked flows within the Studio environment, enabling users to quickly identify which flows are currently in use or being worked on by others.

View User Information: Provide the ability to view the user who has locked a specific flow. This information will help users to understand who is currently working on a particular flow and facilitate communication and collaboration.

User-based Filtering: Implement a filtering option that allows users to sort the list of locked flows by user, making it more convenient to see all flows locked by a specific team member.

Check-in/Uncheck Flows: Enable users to select a locked flow from the report and take appropriate actions, such as unchecking it out, saving the changes, or opening it for further editing.

Version Control for Checked-out Flows: Include an option to check out previous versions of flows that have been locked by other users, allowing users to review, compare, and revert changes as needed.
