Users currently face limitations regarding simultaneous access; they cannot be logged into the Web Client and Portal 2 using the same user credentials at the same time. This restriction hampers productivity and flexibility, especially for users who need to interact with both platforms concurrently for their tasks.

Proposed solution is to enable the capability for a single user to be logged into both the Web Client and Portal 2 simultaneously. This enhancement should maintain security protocols while providing the flexibility needed for efficient multitasking and access to various functionalities across platforms without the need for separate logins or user accounts. This change aims to improve user experience and operational efficiency for individuals requiring access to multiple interfaces for their workflow processes.

Users currently face difficulty navigating long select lists with many records, especially when they need to access action buttons located at the bottom of the screen. This leads to excessive scrolling, reducing efficiency and user experience.

Proposed solution is to offer a feature to reposition action buttons to a more accessible area or fix them at the bottom of the screen, regardless of scrolling. Alternatively, introducing an "Up/Down" button fixed in the right corner of the screen, could allow users to quickly jump to the top or bottom of the list, streamlining navigation and improving usability in scenarios with lengthy lists.

In the current scheduler, the work hours are differentiated with a white background color (class e-work-hours), while the rest of the cells are light grey. The work hours seem to be hard-coded to 08:00 - 20:00, and no configuration settings are found to change them. Though there are settings for "Work start" and "Work end," they only control the display of columns and not the differentiation of work hour cells.

We suggest enhancing the scheduler by allowing the "Work start" and "Work end" settings to define which cells are given the class e-work-hours (and thus, the white background). This will allow customization of the work hours as per organizational needs.

Additionally, we can introduce a separate setting to control which columns are displayed, providing further flexibility and control over the scheduler's appearance and functionality.
