Make workflow specific variables available within a workflow
Enable the workflow specific variables that are available in the workflow report through the Flow Environment connector.
The requested variables/parameters are
Workflow ID
Workflow Name
Application Name
Application Short Name
Application Short Description
Application Long Description
Monitored
Force Commit Message
Create Date
Latest Version
Commit Message
Published by
Published Date

In Flow Connect, if you are an Admin user, you can get this information from a REST API via a REST Connector configuration. It requires OAuth 2 Auth Code Flow in Flow Connect to authorize yourself against those APIs.

I agree with Morgan's statement and am echoing it.
Being able to pull the metadata workflow name or the workflow ID has been something we've been looking for for some time. Right now, we can only extract the name by building a script/program outside of Novacura Flow that extracts the data from the XML files, but having this available through the Flow Server connector will be must easier and faster.
