Resizeable scroll bars in Portal 2
We would like to have bigger scroll bars for all portlets in portal 2. Users use big screens zoomed out and have a hard time clicking on the scroll bars since they are so thin. A suggestion is to make the size of the scroll bars a user setting.

Freeze Columns in Data Grids
In the current design, when users scroll horizontally in data grids with many columns, the row selection checkbox moves with the scroll. This can make it difficult for users to select the correct line, especially when dealing with extensive data.
We propose a feature to lock the row selection checkbox's position on the left side of the data grid. With this feature, even when a user scrolls horizontally through the grid, the checkbox remains in a fixed position, making it easier for users to handle selections.

Enhancing the Visibility of Offline Flows in a Menu
In the current webclient, an offline flow that has been added to a menu is visible in the webclient even if it cannot be run from there.
Could we either make a change so that offline flows are not visible in the webclient, or make the error message that occurs when someone tries to run it more understandable?

Add scale function for ODATA document management
New scale function was developed for media items. But most customers use document management also for images. This idea is to also make it possible to scale documents stored in document management. It could be configured to be up to the developer what kind of documents is scaled, but of course also if making a general functions so that if a word document is sent in to the function, then the document should not be scaled.

We request an enhancement to enable script steps to directly interact with included workflows and machine steps. Currently, this limitation leads to complex workarounds and inefficiencies, particularly when processing datasets in loops. With the proposed improvement, users can easily call included workflows and machine steps from within script steps, streamlining data processing and reducing the need for intermediary datasets. This enhancement will significantly improve workflow efficiency and simplify task execution.

Allow eq and in operator on the same entity
we would like to use both the eq and the in operator on the same entity within a set and if the IN operator consist of only one “value” then the connector will crash and give the following error “Operation failed. Multiple key predicates cannot be specified for the same entity set.“ but if you set more than one “value” it will work as intended.

Additional Authentication Options for Email Connector
Microsoft is discontinuing basic HTTP authentication for Exchange on October 1st. While SMTP basic authentication, which appears to be used in our email connectors, will continue to function based on Microsoft's documentation:

Considering this deprecation, Microsoft advises us to explore alternative options. Anticipating that similar queries may arise from various customers, we kindly request the development of a new email connector (or an update to the existing one) that supports alternative authentication protocols. This proactive approach will help address potential customer demands as they begin to inquire about this change more frequently.

Datepicker in Filter Portlet Start Date by User's Locale
The starting day of the week in a datepicker in Portal 2 should be influenced by the locale settings. For instance, if en-US, the week start should be Sunday. If sv-SE local is set on the Flow User, then Monday should be the start date.

Seamless OData Projection for Workflow Subscriptions Across Environments
We would like if a warning message can be implemented when you add a new projection in DEV/TEST environment and then subscribe to PROD, that has not the new/added projection. Which is to get a warning with info about it, or that the projection is added automatically when it happens. Or such a solution so that End user will not get affected.

Load Inboxes after login
When you have Seed inboxes, it may take a while to complete the login as inboxes are evaluated as part of the login. It is better to handle inbox evaluation as a separate activity soon after the login but with a dynamic count showing the inbox evaluation( eg app icon with an animated batch count). So the user will know if the count is fully loaded or not, but the advantage is. the page gets loaded fast without having to wait for the inboxes to load. Customize rows per page in the datagrid
The ability to show more than 100 rows per page in a datagrid for a Web NG Client is typically controlled by the settings and configuration of the datagrid component.
It was available in the old web client but is not present in the NG web client.

Optimizing Efficiency in the Attach Part to HU App
The "Attach Part to HU" app currently allows users to add only one part at a time, which can be time-consuming. The suggestion is to enhance the app by adding a looping option within the flow, enabling users to add multiple parts consecutively without restarting the process each time. Additionally, the app currently supports adding only one serial at a time, and the recommendation is to enhance it with a multi-select option, allowing users to add multiple serials simultaneously for improved efficiency.

Preview/View file attachments without downloading
Currently in the flow any file (image/ documents) need to be downloaded in to the device before we can view them. Flow does enable displaying images in the user step, but they need to be be deployed into ftp or other hosting location.
We commonly gets asked from the customers for the possibility of preview/view this documents within the app without needing to downloading to the device.
Downloading the files to devices will cause files been left in download folders reducing the disc space as well as making too many copies of the sensitive information.

Ability to copy "Label Static Text" data from all clients
In many cases user would like to use the data in Novacura Clients in other apps. Like to copy text from a work order and past into an e-mail. Or to fetch the work order number and query in another app.
Today it works in Android client and of course the web client. It doesn't work in the iOS client.

Enable "Workflow Fragment" as Seed Item with Data Arrow in Flow Studio
We kindly request the implementation of a new feature within Flow Studio, allowing the integration of "Workflow Fragment" as a Seed Item while utilizing a data arrow to the start step. Currently, any attempt to include a Workflow Fragment as a Seed Item leads to undesired outcomes. Specifically, when users press the "Run" button, the flow crashes, or upon selecting the "Publish" button, an error message surfaces: "Missing mapping for NovaCura.Flow.Designer.CanvasItems (..). Possible usage of unconverted elements from previous Flow versions."

Auto-Save or Unsaved Changes Alert in Portal 2 Table
Currently, in the Portal 2 table, changes made to data source records are indicated as updated (with a green color and pencil icon), but these changes are not actually saved until the 'Update' button is clicked. This setup risks data loss if the user performs an action that refreshes the table without first hitting 'Update', and currently, there is no warning to the user that their changes will be discarded.
