Chat User-Step Element
It would be ideal to have a chat user-step element that could be configured in Flow. This would allow us to more easily use GPT in a dynamic way inside of the Novacura Flow Client.

colors/branding in studio to distinguish connected server
Please allow us to brand/color the studio based on the connection.
I frequently work in different flow environments and it is really easy to switch to the wrong studio window.
If I could either
1)set the branding on the server level so all studio logins for that server had the same color/branding whatever
2) or set the branding locally in studio...that would be great
My thoughts are
1) Allow for the studio header/border to be a different color
2) Make the SERVER I'm connected to more prominent, like in the same area as "Application/Environment/Monitoring"4 votes -
Seamless process to clean up treasure files
we would like to have schedule cleaning jobs that clean treasure files and what is now saved on the server.which would maybe feel more safer and reasonable if we’d be able to write this from the Studio

Offline WADACO (Warehouse Management) Functionality
IFS WADACO application and Novacura WM application does not work in offline mode.
It will be great if Novacura could include some of the WM apps with offline functionality.
Eg: Certain WADACO transactions such as Counting, Moving, Execute transport tasks etc.2 votes -

Request for Enhanced Timestamp Resolution in Logpoint Data
Requesting an upgrade to the timestamp resolution in logpoint data beyond seconds to milliseconds. Currently, the timestamp value retrieved from logpoints is limited to seconds, hindering detailed analysis and synchronization with higher resolution systems. Expanding the resolution to milliseconds would align with modern data processing requirements and enable more precise temporal analysis within the system.

Progress bar UI element
When doing complex operations in Flow, either as a loop of machine steps or as a machine step with an iterator, the user is left in the dark about what is happening. It would be great to be able to present the user with a progress bar that gradually fills while Flow is processing the operations. This could be a special User step that requires no interaction from the user and disappears when the process is done. Inputs would be a counter variable, a total of the number of operations and a user message detailing what is going on.

Connect pins in Map Portlet
When I have multiple pins in the map portlet, it would be great to select a group of them or being able to connect two pins. These two pins could then be the input for a machine flow that calculates the time of travel via rest call.

Improving API Execution: Scanner Event Optimization
We utilize scanner events to scan barcodes, extract item numbers, and retrieve item descriptions, locations, and stock balances. While this process generally works fine, we've noticed that Flow attempts to execute the API for connector steps even before scanning.
In the screenshot provided, you can see that there are three APIs that utilize the scanned item number to collect data. These APIs are triggered when the user step is displayed for the first time, even if the item number is blank. This leads to issues and longer response times.
If we bypass scanner events, the APIs should still run. However,…

Remove "Create" word in sequence arrow popup menu
When you create a sequence arrow then right click, there is no need to have the word "CREATE" before each element.
Additionally, the list could be alphabetized to easier find the type of element you want to add.

Group Connectors in Machine Steps
When you have a considerable amount of connectors it is not that easy to locate the connector you are looking for. If connectors can be grouped based on the type and then sorted alphabetically within the group will add immense value to the flow developers.

Implement the user property for different connectors
Implement the user Property for both IFS10 and Oracle connectors and update the Login value for the Novacura user by replacing the same account name with an AD property value

Adding Production Reporting and Equipment Reporting to Crew Time
Customers want to be able to add production reporting and operational equipment time reporting to my crew sheet in Crew Time Reporting application.
Production Reporting in IFS Cloud is done in Schedule of Work Production by WBS where the reporting on these activities is done in Work Recording screens in Cloud.
Equipment should be tied to a Crew member and production hours should be reported by equipment to be add as a billable line item to the IFS Project.

Option to make a cell read-only or editable in a DataGrid
It would be nice to have a feature that can make a cell in a grid read-only or editable with a similar option to 'Cell Color'.
For example, if the contidion is true/false , then the cell is read-only or editable.
On the attached picture, yellow cells are editable, white cells are read-only.
Now, both 'Value' and 'Value List' columns are editable.3 votes -
Ability to ignore non-critical (yellow) Flow errors
This is related to ideas https://ideas.novacura.com/forums/953926-novacura-flow-classic/suggestions/47158924-change-sql-validations-in-studio and https://ideas.novacura.com/forums/953926-novacura-flow-classic/suggestions/47473418-update-the-version-of-the-sqlparser. Sometimes Flow Studio will flag steps with a yellow "non-critical" error because Flow can't parse the code correctly. Most often I see this in SQL Server machine steps, but it can happen in other kinds of connectors too. While it would of course be lovely if the parser could be better, I think it will be hard to make it 100% correct. That's why I would like a RMB option to Ignore a yellow error on a machine step, sort of like when I want a word processor to stop flagging…

Unlock locked user accounts in Flow with API
I would like the possibility to unlock locked user accounts in Flow environment via API.
As of now, our Servicedesk needs to have Studio installed and reserve one admin licence just to be able to support our organisation.

Add Branding Capabilities to NG Webclient
At present, the NG Web Client lacks branding capabilities. This limitation restricts the ability to customize the look and feel of the platform, which could affect the user experience and the alignment with the company's branding guidelines.
