Change Tracking Enhancement
To increase auditability and reduce unnoticed changes in Flow Studio, we need a feature to track modifications made by third-party developers. The system should record changes made to flow components, noting the user and the commit timestamp. A comparison between changes (diff) would further enhance transparency.

Improve 'Menu Selection Input' Workflow element to limit screen touches
When there is a menu selection in a user step, we need to click on it to enter text. Previously, we could simply type to make our selection.

Enhanced Workflow Menu Filtering
Currently, when clicking "Add Workflow to Menu" in a workflow, the list of server objects displayed is filtered to show only menus, which is beneficial. However, the list still includes "folders" that do not contain any menus, leading to unnecessary clutter. We kindly request an improvement to this feature that removes folders without menus from the view.

Ability To Insert Variable Into Priority For Buttons
The proposed feature centers on enabling developers to incorporate variables into the priority settings for buttons. This means developers can assign dynamic priority values to buttons based on contextual factors, such as user interactions, screen content, or application states. The platform will use these variable priorities to determine the order in which buttons appear on the user interface.

Enhance Portal 2 Record Selection Listeners to Include Deselect Events for Real-Time Data Refresh
In Portal 2, the current record selection listeners provide a powerful feature to update portlets when new records are selected. However, we have noticed that the listeners do not trigger when records are deselected, resulting in stale data being displayed in other portlets. To improve the user experience and maintain data accuracy, we propose enhancing the record selection listeners to include deselect events or introduce a new listener specifically for deselecting records. This enhancement would enable portlets to refresh in real-time when records are deselected, ensuring that users always have up-to-date information displayed across all relevant portlets.

Visual Indication for Editable Columns in Datagrid
As a user, when working with a datagrid, I often find it difficult to determine whether the data is editable and which specific columns allow editing. This lack of clarity can lead to confusion and potential errors when interacting with the grid. To enhance user experience and improve usability, I would like to request the implementation of a visual indication for editable columns in the datagrid.

Repositioning Shared Flow Indicators in Flow Studio
Enhance the user experience by making it simpler for developers to identify shared flows in the destination environment. This repositioning will reduce the chance of overlooking shared flows when the server content window is not wide enough.

Enable Enter Key Navigation when Editable Datagrids are present
Currently, the Enter key does not advance to the next step when an editable datagrid (DG) is present. This feature request proposes that when there's an input field activating a button before the editable datagrid, pressing Enter should progress to the next step. Similarly, if a default button follows the editable datagrid, Enter should activate that button and proceed to the next step. This enhancement aims to streamline user interaction by treating the editable datagrid as if it does not exist or behaves similarly to non-editable datagrids in terms of Enter key navigation.

Native Data Layer
Our users seek more flexibility and independence in their application development, it becomes crucial to provide them with a native data storage solution that is seamlessly integrated into the Flow environment. This feature would empower users to set up and manage their own databases directly within Novacura Flow, offering a level of control and customization that aligns with their specific application needs.
Key Benefits:
Simplified Data Management: Users can create, modify, and manage their databases without the need for external database systems, simplifying the entire data management process.
Enhanced Security: By providing an integrated data layer, Novacura Flow can ensure…

Selective Column Search in Data Grids
In the current implementation, the data grid search functionality searches through all columns, including those that aren't displayed in the data grid or are not set up under "Edit columns."
Proposed solution is to introduce a customizable search functionality in data grids where users can selectively choose which columns to include in the search. This can be achieved by adding a checkbox option under "Edit columns" labeled as "Searchable". By default, all columns can have the "Searchable" checkbox marked to ensure compatibility with the existing behavior. Users can then choose to deselect certain columns if they don't want them to…

Add function selection to filter settings in Portal2
We would like to enhance user experience by introducing a new feature: 'Function Selection' in the Portal2 filter settings, allowing users to customize and tailor their preferences more effectively. We need to be able to select the function we want to use with-in the filters settings (see file attached). Specifically the "Contains" function. Although we should be able to use the filter functions as a whole.

Improved Handling of Fragment Versioning and Error Navigation in Flow Studio
In the current system, when there's an error in a flow fragment version, navigating to the issue via the Problems window takes the user directly to the fragment version causing the error. While this might seem like a logical approach, it can be counterintuitive in scenarios where multiple versions of flows and fragments are being worked upon concurrently. Users might end up editing older versions of fragments unintentionally.
Use Case Scenario:
Consider two flows, A and B, where B is a fragment invoked by A. Both have versions Av1 and Bv1 as the latest. Now, if a new version of…2 votes -
Addition of "Today" Option in WebNG Datepicker
The WebNG Datepicker currently lacks a "Today" button, a feature that was available in the old web client. This button allowed users to quickly return to the current date, enhancing usability and navigation efficiency.

Enhancements to Offline Workflows while on Multiple Networks
Users experience challenges with offline workflows in Flow-app due to network variability. Devices connect to various networks throughout the day, but only one network provides the required server connection for data sync. As a result, offline transactions get stuck in a "failed" state, necessitating manual retries once the device reconnects to the secure network.
Proposed solutions are to implement a feature in the Flow-app to detect the current network. The app should only attempt to write back to the server when connected to a predefined, specific network. Alternatively provide users with an option to bulk retry all failed offline transactions…

Lazy Loading in List of Values on Mobile Clients
When data is loaded for a user step, sometimes the user may have to search for data in LOV with large volumes. Eg adding a spare part to a work order.
Adding such a LOV to a user step may take time to load as the flow wouldn't move to the next step without completing that step. In order to improve the user experience, it is better to have the following;
Load batch-wise
The user step will get populated once the first 100 records are fetched, and the list has the option to load all or the next 100...Load…
