Possibility to chose color of input fields (text, list).
In the IOS client, all input fields are in light grey. A customer has expressed that they don't like the light grey color since that gives the impression that the field is not possible to enter data. They would want to turn this off or change the color of the field.

Select All function in List Multi-Selection Input
Customers using mobile clients on compact, hand-held devices tend to utilize List Multi-Selection Input for its displayed data compression and dynamic fields. What is not available, when comparing to the data grid, is the possibility to mark-to-select-all. It's rather cumbersome to manually select/de-select all the records. We've currently designed a work-around but would appreciate if that is an in-buil feature. Take a look at the attachment.

Permission-Based Visibility for "Settings" Tab in WebNG Sidebar
Currently, in WebNG, all users have visibility to the "Settings" tab on the sidebar, regardless of their permission levels. This one-size-fits-all visibility can lead to potential concerns or confusion among users who do not require access to these settings.
Proposed solution is to Implement a feature that allows the "Settings" tab visibility to be controlled based on user permissions. This would enable administrators to configure the sidebar such that the "Settings" tab is hidden from users who do not have the necessary permissions to modify application settings. This enhancement would improve both the usability and security of WebNG by ensuring…

Password Reset
Allow the user to have a forgot password option at the login screen. This option would allow the user to reset their password for access to the client similarly to how other clients manage forgotten passwords.

"Favorite" function in list and menue selection
In a lot of cases, the customer has a list of eg. 10 Time types, but he mostly only uses work and travel time. It would be great to have a function similar to "default", where you can define favorites that should be on top. Very similar to how we can define them in the inbox.
Workaround is now to sort the list accordingly and solve it in flow script. But this would make life a bit easier.

Grouping in DataGrids
Just like in Multi/Single Selection Lists in a user step, it would be nice to have the same grouping feature in data grids.
On the attached picture, the grey rows should be the grouping and not a 'normal' row.2 votesWe regret to inform you that this feature request has been declined. Enhanced Navigation in List Multi-Selection Input
we would like to explore better alternatives as some users find the List Multi-Selection Input confusing on mobile and tablet devices. On computers, users can easily select and close the menu using the mouse. However, on mobile or tablet, the process involves opening the menu as a "new page," making selections, and confirming choices using the back button as the back button's current usage is unfamiliar and confusing to users. Perhaps adding a dedicated button for confirmation or a similar approach would improve the user experience. For a clearer understanding of the problem, refer to the provided pictures (pc 1-3…

Local Update Capability for Offline Data in Flow
In the current setup of Flow, offline workflows rely on static downloaded data, which cannot be updated locally. This limitation restricts users from making necessary changes to data when offline, potentially impacting productivity and workflow continuity.

Addition of "Ask for Help" Feature in Offline Data My Work Screen for Mobile Apps
The new mobile apps lack the essential "Ask for Help" feature within the Offline Data My Work screen. This absence prevents users from effectively reporting errors to Administrators for prompt resolution. By integrating the "Ask for Help" feature, users will be empowered to send problematic records to Administrators, streamlining the troubleshooting and repair process. This enhancement aligns with the documented Novacura Flow Help page, ensuring consistency and comprehensive functionality across all platforms.
