Trigger Download of Offline Resource from a offline workflow
We are currently implementing offline work task. The user case is that 2 - 4 Work task are executed a day, the data might change every 4 hrs due to IFS PSO.
This means, that the user needs to manually refresh the data set every four hours manually. We can set a time interval for forcing them to do so.

Remember me checkbox for password in FLOW
Hi! I would really appreciate a 'remember my password' checkbox for the Flow Classic application. This is a huge problem in our organization, as many users avoid using the app due to the complicated passwords they have to fill in when it's time to sign in for a job, for example.

Possibility to chose color of input fields (text, list).
In the IOS client, all input fields are in light grey. A customer has expressed that they don't like the light grey color since that gives the impression that the field is not possible to enter data. They would want to turn this off or change the color of the field.

Select All function in List Multi-Selection Input
Customers using mobile clients on compact, hand-held devices tend to utilize List Multi-Selection Input for its displayed data compression and dynamic fields. What is not available, when comparing to the data grid, is the possibility to mark-to-select-all. It's rather cumbersome to manually select/de-select all the records. We've currently designed a work-around but would appreciate if that is an in-buil feature. Take a look at the attachment.

Customizable Pop-Up Controls for Streamlined User Experience in Portal
Requesting a feature enhancement in Portal to allow for the customization of pop-up controls during the review process. Currently, the mandatory provision of an exit button for publishing results in redundant close options (close button and 'x') at the bottom of the pop-up. It would greatly enhance user clarity and experience if administrators could define the visibility of the default close option, providing flexibility in tailoring the interface to specific workflow requirements.

This will not be updated in Flow Classic but has already been changed in Flow Connect. To provide a better user experience, the frame around the web execution popup has been removed, as well as the Close button at the bottom. The 'x' at the top remains.

Permission-Based Visibility for "Settings" Tab in WebNG Sidebar
Currently, in WebNG, all users have visibility to the "Settings" tab on the sidebar, regardless of their permission levels. This one-size-fits-all visibility can lead to potential concerns or confusion among users who do not require access to these settings.

Password Reset
Allow the user to have a forgot password option at the login screen. This option would allow the user to reset their password for access to the client similarly to how other clients manage forgotten passwords.

"Favorite" function in list and menue selection
In a lot of cases, the customer has a list of eg. 10 Time types, but he mostly only uses work and travel time. It would be great to have a function similar to "default", where you can define favorites that should be on top. Very similar to how we can define them in the inbox.
Workaround is now to sort the list accordingly and solve it in flow script. But this would make life a bit easier.

Grouping in DataGrids
Just like in Multi/Single Selection Lists in a user step, it would be nice to have the same grouping feature in data grids.

On computers, users can easily select and close the menu using the mouse. Unified Interface Layout for Consistent Navigation in Inbox

The Workflow/App UI in Flow Connect has been updated to better correspond to what is thought to be the desired layout. The normal app and the inbox app look the same, with the difference that the inbox app includes an inbox pill to indicate the number of tasks inside.

Load Inboxes after login
When you have Seed inboxes, it may take a while to complete the login as inboxes are evaluated as part of the login. It is better to handle inbox evaluation as a separate activity soon after the login but with a dynamic count showing the inbox evaluation( eg app icon with an animated batch count). So the user will know if the count is fully loaded or not, but the advantage is. the page gets loaded fast without having to wait for the inboxes to load.
