1. Focusable List Presentation

   There's a feature available on a mobile client in settings that allows to hold-tap any static text to mark and eventually trigger a side menu where user can copy the marked value. It would be great if a similar option is available for List Presentation. Have a look at the attachment.

2. Support for Continuous Two-Way Bluetooth Low Energy (BL-LE) Communication with Data Aggregation

   We are working with an external Bluetooth device that transmits image data in chunks, which need to be reassembled upon receiving an end-of-data marker. Our current integration with Python successfully handles this process, but the Novacura platform seems to capture only a single notification. We require functionality to write to a characteristic ID, receive continuous notifications, and aggregate multiple binary data packets into a single file (e.g., JPEG) until an 'OK' marker is received. This feature would significantly enhance value for our customers by enabling seamless two-way BL-LE communication in Nova, with the ability to trigger this process multiple times.

   In the current Web NG client, when users perform searches, the results do not indicate the menu under which each workflow is located. This lack of contextual information can lead to confusion, especially when multiple workflows have identical or similar names but reside in different menus.

   Proposed solution is to improve the search functionality within the Web NG client to include additional details in the results, specifically the menu location of each workflow. This information should be displayed clearly beneath the workflow name in the search results. Providing this contextual detail will help users quickly identify the correct workflow, reducing the likelihood of errors and improving navigation efficiency within the client. This enhancement will significantly enhance user experience by making search results more informative and actionable.

4. Improve Windows Tablet Compatibility for Web Forms web client – Bluetooth Integration, Photo Attachment, and UI Navigation

   Recent user feedback from field training highlighted critical challenges when using the Novacura Web Forms web client on Windows tablets due to the absence of a dedicated Windows application. These challenges include a lack of Bluetooth integration, a non-streamlined photo attachment process, and navigation difficulties within the UI. Current issues prevent full functionality for mobile users on Windows tablets, prompting us to recommend using only Android or Apple tablets until a solution is in place.
   Details:
   1. Bluetooth Integration:
   o Issue: The current Windows Web Forms web client does not support Bluetooth integration, a critical feature for seamless field operations on mobile devices.
   o Impact: Bluetooth functionality is central to several workflows, and without it, a significant portion of the app's functionality is unavailable, limiting the usability of Windows tablets.
   2. Photo Attachment Process:
   o Issue: Users must capture photos externally, save them, locate them in the file system, and manually attach them in the platform.
   o Impact: This multistep process hinders efficiency, especially in field conditions where speed and ease of use are essential.
   3. UI Navigation with Touch:
   o Issue: Navigating the Web Forms web client on Windows tablets without a mouse is challenging, particularly for scrolling within grids and selecting elements in confined spaces.
   o Impact: This creates a double-scroll issue (page scroll vs. grid scroll) that hampers usability with touch controls, especially when using gloves, a common requirement for field users.
   Suggested Solutions:
   • Bluetooth Integration: Develop or enable Bluetooth functionality within the Web Forms web client.
   • Photo Attachment: Streamline photo attachment, perhaps by enabling direct access to the camera for image capture within the app.

5. "Finished" Status Visibility when Offline on Flow Inbox Items

   In the current Flow mobile client, when operating in offline mode, users face a restriction where items in the inbox are marked as "Finished" after being acted upon. This status change makes the items inaccessible for further review, although they remain visible in the inbox until the user reconnects to the internet. This behavior limits the ability of users to revisit completed items for verification or review purposes.

   Proposed solution is to implement a feature allowing users to toggle the visibility and accessibility of items marked as "Finished" in the inbox while in offline mode. This functionality would enable users to choose whether a completed item remains interactive, allowing them to review or verify information within the item even after marking it as finished.

6. Customizable Pop-Up Controls for Streamlined User Experience in Portal

   Requesting a feature enhancement in Portal to allow for the customization of pop-up controls during the review process. Currently, the mandatory provision of an exit button for publishing results in redundant close options (close button and 'x') at the bottom of the pop-up. It would greatly enhance user clarity and experience if administrators could define the visibility of the default close option, providing flexibility in tailoring the interface to specific workflow requirements.

   Users of the Flow mobile application face a limitation when interacting with data grids that contain checkboxes. Currently, to select a checkbox within a data grid column, users must navigate into each individual row and then set the checkbox. 9. Push info from Pinned Step to current User Step (Quick note example)

   I have created a "quick note" in a Pinned step to make it possible for users to save information in one step or Flow and use it in another.

   And if I were able to push the information from the Pinned Step to the current User Step it would be possible to use this even in handheld devices where selecting and copying is an unrealistic way of working.

   We got this kind of feature in our ERP M3 and as we build layers upon M3 using Flow we are missing this kind of small but efficient features.

   This could be done with an element that displays an symbol or maybe autoselect in a List View.

10. Ability to copy "Label Static Text" data from all clients

    In many cases user would like to use the data in Novacura Clients in other apps. Like to copy text from a work order and past into an e-mail. Or to fetch the work order number and query in another app.

    Today it works in Android client and of course the web client. It doesn't work in the iOS client.

11. Translations for 'Browse File' in File Gallery User Element

    Translate the 'Browse File' in File Gallery User Element and other non-developer changeable text to handle Swedish. This would make the application more user-friendly and accessible to Swedish-speaking or other users, enhancing their overall experience with Flow.

12. Support for HEIC/F images in WebNG

    Currently, photos captured in Web NG are automatically saved in jpg/jpeg format. However, there is a need for the ability to save images in the HEIC/HEIF file format, which offers better compression without losing image quality.

13. Tabs with started flows in Webclient

    We would like to see tabs in the Webclient with startad flows. It's a modern efficient way of switching between ongoing work or to get information.

    On example is that we want got an item search and we want to keep that open and accessible regardless of what other flows we have started.

    Improve multi-select grid usability on the latest mobile client by enabling "Click Anywhere To Select" functionality, similar to single select grids. Also, align the de-selection behavior with single-select grids, allowing users to "Click again to de-select record," creating a consistent and intuitive user experience across different grid types.     It would be fantastic if you could extend the application's compatibility to include Bluetooth-connected Zebra scanners that are paired with other Android devices. 16. Enhanced Bluetooth Input Functionality After Manual Overwrite on Mobile Clients

    Our users have reported an issue with the Bluetooth input in user fields on a mobile device. The problem arises when a value is input via Bluetooth into a user field, then manually overwritten, and a subsequent attempt is made to input a new value via Bluetooth. In these cases, the Bluetooth input fails to populate the field unless the user navigates to a different user step and then returns. This could potentially be due to the iOS keyboard taking over control after manual entry. This problem has been encountered while capturing Ultrasonic Thickness readings from an Olympus 38DL+ thickness gauge.

    Proposed solution is to implement a mechanism to refresh the Bluetooth connection for a specific field, allowing subsequent Bluetooth inputs to be accepted even after a manual overwrite in the same user session. This could involve resetting the input control state after each input or having a specific event trigger to re-establish the Bluetooth listening after manual input.
