Define width of columns in Table portlet
I'd like to request return of Portal1 functionality: possibility to define column width (see attached screenshot). Lack of it makes designing challenging and less predictable.

Functionality already exist; Data source columns - Copy from portlet.

Hi, it is possible to adjust the column width using the Copy from Portlet button. This button is located at the top of the data source columns section. During portlet development, drag the column width to the desired size, then click Copy from Portlet and save. This action will set the width for all users. However, please note that if end users manually change the column widths, their settings will take priority.
