Add function selection to filter settings in Portal2
We would like to enhance user experience by introducing a new feature: 'Function Selection' in the Portal2 filter settings, allowing users to customize and tailor their preferences more effectively. We need to be able to select the function we want to use with-in the filters settings (see file attached). Specifically the "Contains" function. Although we should be able to use the filter functions as a whole.

Requesting improvement for Novacura Flow to enhance the filtering and sorting functionalities in Portal 2 to match or exceed those previously available in Portal 1. Specifically:
Expand Filter Options – Introduce additional filtering conditions such as "does not contain", which would provide users with greater flexibility in data retrieval.
This enhancement would improve usability, maintain consistency, and ensure a more robust data management experience within portal.
